New. Cooking. Ready.
Done.

A kitchen screen has one job: tell the person at the wok what is next without them stopping to work it out. Four columns, oldest first, one tap to move a ticket along.

Every order, however it arrived

A ticket from a table QR, a ticket rung in at the counter, a ticket a waiter took on a tablet and a delivery-platform slip that was read into the board all queue in the same place. The kitchen does not have four sources of truth to watch.

Built to be read from two metres away

Generous type, strong contrast in both light and dark, and columns you can drag wider when one station needs more room. It survives a large system font instead of clipping at it.

Ready reaches the customer, not just the pass

Moving a ticket to Ready shows on the counter, on the floor tablets and on the customer's own phone in the same moment. Nobody shouts a number twice.

Alerts are a layer, never a step

A new order is validated, numbered, saved, queued for printing, acknowledged and broadcast — and only then does anything ask whether to make a noise. Silencing a spare tablet cannot silence the shop, and turning a notification off cannot turn off the thing it is about.

The Order Board

The screen your kitchen actually looks at.

Big numbers, big lanes, readable from the wok. Every card carries how long it has been waiting — and turns red when it has been waiting too long, before the customer has to come and ask.

The trial is the whole product for 14 days, with no card and nothing to cancel. The demo is the real flow with pretend data — order from a table, watch it hit the kitchen, move it to ready. No sign-up, no email, no salesperson.

How it works

Five steps, every single order.

This is a lunchtime with OrderLah running — what your customer does, what you hear, and what the kitchen sees. Looking for what you have to do first instead? That is five steps too, and they are here.

  1. Step 1

The QR is on the table

One at the counter, one on every table, or both. OrderLah generates them for you — table numbers included, so the kitchen knows where the food goes. Printed once, and then it just sits there working.

  2. Step 2

    Customer scans

The phone camera does it. The menu opens in the browser they already have. Nothing to install, no account to create, no password anybody will forget.

  3. Step 3

    Customer orders

Items, variants, add-ons, quantity — and dine-in or takeaway when you've turned those on. Extra chicken, no cucumber, less spicy: it all comes through in writing, so nobody mishears it.

  4. Step 4

    You hear "DING!"

The hub plays the new-order ringtone and the chit appears on the board. It is designed to be hard to miss across a hot, noisy kitchen — because a missed order is a refund and an argument.

  5. Step 5

    Cooking → Ready → Done

One tap per stage. The board is the single source of truth for the counter, the kitchen and the display screen at the same moment — no shouting the same order twice.

Every new outlet gets a full 14-day trial — the whole product, not a cut-down version — with nothing to cancel at the end of it. You do not need to be invited, approved or called back: create the account, put it on your tablet, and go. What a licence costs afterwards is on the pricing page, in your own currency, taken straight from the price list checkout actually charges.

  • Your 14 days start when you activate on your tablet — not when you sign up.
  • Turn on the parts you want — QR only, counter only, or the lot. It is all in the settings.
  • Tell us what is missing and it changes the app. We do read it.
