Talk to us ✉️

Email hello@orderlah.app. It reaches the OrderLah team. To help us help you quickly, tell us:

  • your shop’s name, and the email address you sign in with;
  • which device it is — the Hub, a counter, a kitchen screen or a phone — and whether it is Android, iPhone or iPad;
  • what you tapped, and what you expected to happen;
  • a photo or screenshot of the screen, if you can.

Please never send us a password or a staff PIN. We will never ask for one.

Common questions

The internet is down. Can I still take orders?

Yes, on your own Wi-Fi. Your tablet is the Hub, so the counter, the kitchen screens and QR ordering on the shop’s own network carry on when the internet line is down. What does need the internet includes ordering from outside the shop through your public address, online card payments and signing in to your OrderLah account. What keeps working, and what does not has the full list.

A customer’s QR code will not open

Customers order in the browser their phone already has, with nothing to install. Browsers and devices explains which phones and browsers work and what to try when a code will not open.

Which devices does the OrderLah app run on?

The app needs Android 7.0 or newer on an Android tablet or phone. If you run OrderLah on an iPhone or iPad, a Hub serves your other devices only while OrderLah is open on its screen, because iOS gives apps no way to keep serving in the background.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot your password? on the merchant portal and we will email you a link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, sign in with the same button you used the first time.

Where is my shop’s data, and how do I keep a copy?

Your menu, orders and takings are kept on your own tablets. To keep a copy somewhere safe, open System & Support → Backup / Restore on the Hub’s home screen and export a backup. Automatic backups stay on the tablet itself, so they cannot help if the tablet is lost — keep an exported copy somewhere else too. The privacy policy says exactly what stays on your devices and what reaches OrderLah.

How do I delete my OrderLah account?

In the app, open Settings → App & system → OrderLah account → “Delete my OrderLah account…”. Without the app, use orderlah.app/delete-account — it needs only your email address. Nothing is deleted for 30 days, and signing back in stops it.
