Product · Table ordering
Four diners.
Four orders. One table.
Table ordering falls over on the four-top. OrderLah is built around that case rather than around the single diner, because the four-top is what a Saturday actually looks like.
The shape of it
Outlet → Table T12 → many sessions → one basket each → one order each
The table is a label on an order and never an index. Everything downstream — the kitchen, the counter, the print queue, the unpaid-table watch — is keyed by the order itself, so two orders from one table are two ordinary orders that happen to share a label.
Staff can still take an order
Nothing about table QR removes table service. A waiter's tablet rings the same order into the same book, and the kitchen cannot tell — and does not need to — which of the two produced it.
A busy room is a load problem, and it is solved
A full room means dozens of open pages, each watching for its own order's status. Past a limit, an over-the-limit watcher is held rather than answered instantly, and a page told to stand down does so for a minute — because the alternative is every page in the room spinning on a one-second loop and eating the budget that placing an order needs.
Pause ordering, per table or for the room
Kitchen swamped? Pause and the pages say so, warmly, instead of taking orders nobody can cook. Turn it back on and they pick up where they were.

The trial is the whole product for 14 days, with no card and nothing to cancel. The demo is the real flow with pretend data — order from a table, watch it hit the kitchen, move it to ready. No sign-up, no email, no salesperson.
The Order Board
The screen your kitchen actually looks at.
Big numbers, big lanes, readable from the wok. Every card carries how long it has been waiting — and turns red when it has been waiting too long, before the customer has to come and ask.

How it works
Five steps, every single order.
This is a lunchtime with OrderLah running — what your customer does, what you hear, and what the kitchen sees. Looking for what you have to do first instead? That is five steps too, and they are here.
-
Step 1
The QR is on the table
One at the counter, one on every table, or both. OrderLah generates them for you — table numbers included, so the kitchen knows where the food goes. Printed once, and then it just sits there working.

Step 2
Customer scans
The phone camera does it. The menu opens in the browser they already have. Nothing to install, no account to create, no password anybody will forget.

Step 3
Customer orders
Items, variants, add-ons, quantity — and dine-in or takeaway when you've turned those on. Extra chicken, no cucumber, less spicy: it all comes through in writing, so nobody mishears it.
-
Step 4
You hear "DING!"
The hub plays the new-order ringtone and the chit appears on the board. It is designed to be hard to miss across a hot, noisy kitchen — because a missed order is a refund and an argument.

Step 5
Cooking → Ready → Done
One tap per stage. The board is the single source of truth for the counter, the kitchen and the display screen at the same moment — no shouting the same order twice.

Every new outlet gets a full 14-day trial — the whole product, not a cut-down version — with nothing to cancel at the end of it. You do not need to be invited, approved or called back: create the account, put it on your tablet, and go. What a licence costs afterwards is on the pricing page, in your own currency, taken straight from the price list checkout actually charges.
- Your 14 days start when you activate on your tablet — not when you sign up.
- Turn on the parts you want — QR only, counter only, or the lot. It is all in the settings.
- Tell us what is missing and it changes the app. We do read it.
